Shipping Policy

 

Availability and Delivery
  • In exceptional circumstances, Products which are shown to be in stock on our website may in fact not be available for sale. Due to occasional system errors, product recalls and warehousing or delivery problems or losses, products may not be ready for immediate or subsequent delivery. If you have ordered such products we will notify you by email as soon as possible and modify or cancel your order for you. Any applicable refund will be effective once we have received your further instructions on the matter. 

  • The Company shall deliver the Products to any premises (whether in the United States or in any other country) notified to the Company by the Customer and for the avoidance of doubt the Customer shall be liable for any costs incurred by the Company in relation to carriage postage and packing and any other applicable duties taxes and charges. 

  • The Company shall use its reasonable endeavors to deliver the Products to the premises stated by the Customer by any delivery date estimated by the Company and for the avoidance of doubt the Customer acknowledges that the delivery date is not guaranteed or of the essence of the Contract and that the Company shall in no circumstances be liable to the Customer for any losses, damages or charges incurred by the Customer due to the late delivery of the Products. 

  • Products delivered to the Customer shall be deemed accepted by the Customer and the Customer shall inspect the Products immediately upon delivery and in all cases shall inform the Company in writing within 5 (five) days of delivery of any damage, shortages or non-delivery of the Products. 

  • Where the Products are being purchased by a business for use in the business and delivered in installments each delivery shall constitute a separate contract and failure by the Company to deliver one or more of the installments in accordance with these Conditions or any claim by the Customer in respect of any one or more installments shall not entitle the Customer to treat the Contract as repudiated. 

  • If the Customer fails to take delivery of the Products (or fails to give the Company adequate delivery instructions at the time stated for delivery otherwise than by reason of any cause beyond the Customers reasonable control or by reason of the Company’s fault) then without prejudice to any other rights or remedies available to it the Company may sell the Products at the best price readily obtainable (after deducting all reasonable storage and selling expenses) and charge the Customer any shortfall below the price obtained under the Contract. 

 

Shipping Policy 
  • All in-stock orders in-stock orders are shipped within 24-48 hours. Weekend orders will be processed the next business day.

  • In the event a part(s) must be ordered from a brand Manufacturer, it usually takes between 5-10 business days for the part(s) to be ready for shipment to you. 

  • Depending upon location, ground shipments usually take 2-7 days. Your order may be shipped Overnight for an additional cost.

  • Shipping of Products will occur to the Billing or Shipping Address. A tracking number is automatically e-mailed (same email entered on order form) the afternoon of shipment with a link provided for tracking purposes. Beware: Spam-Block Folders can grab Tracking Number email. In the event a part is backordered or temporarily unavailable we will contact you with an estimated time of arrival. Time in transit depends upon your location. 

  • All orders must have a valid Home or Business address. A physical address must be supplied for delivery. Orders may be subject to adult signature required upon delivery. 

  • Oversize items and Heavy Weight items, including but not limited to bumper components, body panels, engines, transmissions, require extra shipping charges; please email or call us for a quote before ordering. Please be specific as to what you want to have shipped and have the complete address to which it will be shipped. These items are necessary to give an accurate quote for shipping costs. If the actual shipping charges are more than what was calculated at checkout, you will be called and asked if your will accept the additional shipping charges.

  • When sending international, the Company will contact the customer once the order has been made to offer postage charges – We cannot offer a flat-rate fee as every single international order has to be quoted individually with regards to its weight and size. We use either express delivery, conducted by USPS, DHL or other couriers, or standard economy airmail postage, or specialized carriers. The Company aim to get your parcel delivered effectively and economically and we stand to make no profit from our delivery charges. Customers are usually expected to pay their country's customs charges on entry, this charge is specific to the country involved and the items order - The Company are not able to estimate specifics where customs charges are concerned. If you would like a quote on delivery before placing an order, then please email contact@spareland.parts with a full list of the items required and your full address and we will quote accordingly.

  • Discontinued Parts: Not all discontinued and/or older parts and/or accessories are available for immediate shipment. Please call or email to confirm availability on shipping of discontinued and/or older parts and/or accessories. There will be no returns or exchanges on discontinued and/or older parts and/or accessories. They are considered “Final Sale. 

  • Core Policy: Some parts offered on our site have a "core charge" applied to them. This is a refundable charge that the manufacturer applies to ensure that the old part is returned to us. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges related to returning cores to us. Remember all core returns must be assembled, clean, complete with no missing parts, undamaged, and in the original packaging. Risk
  • Risk of damage to or loss of the Products shall pass to the Customer: 

    • in the case of Products being collected by the Customer at the Company’s premises after notification from the Company that the Products are ready for collection, at the time when the Customer collects the Products from the Company’s premises; or 

    • in the case of Products which are not being collected by the Customer and which are being delivered to the Customers premises at the time of delivery, or if the Customer wrongfully fails to take delivery of the Products, at the time when the Company has tendered delivery of the Products to the Customer.
